Accepted Payment Methods
We offer a variety of payment options for your convenience:
- Cash Payments: We accept cash payments in person at our workshop when you pick up your vehicle or complete the payment for your restoration or repair services.
- Electronic Bank Transfer: For ease of payment, we accept bank transfers, which can be made directly to our business account.
Please Note: We do not accept credit cards or cheque payments at this time.
Payment Terms & Conditions
To ensure smooth transaction processing and the timely release of your vehicle or completed project, we follow these payment guidelines:
- Clearance of Funds: We require full payment to be received and cleared before any vehicle or project is released. This means that once you’ve made a payment, the funds must be fully cleared in our account before your vehicle is handed back to you.
- Invoicing & Quotes: We will provide you with a detailed invoice upon request, which will include a breakdown of all materials, labour, and any additional costs incurred during the repair or restoration process. This invoice will be based on the quoted amount discussed at the beginning of the project, with any adjustments made if additional work is required beyond the initial estimate. For ongoing projects, weekly progress payments for hours worked on the vehicle will be required.
- Non-Refundable Deposits (if applicable): In certain cases, we may require a non-refundable deposit to begin work on larger or more complex repairs or restorations. This will be discussed and agreed upon at the time of booking. The deposit will be deducted from your final invoice.
What Happens If Payment Is Delayed?
If payment is not made promptly, CIN Fabrications reserves the right to charge a late fee or withhold the release of your vehicle or project until full payment has been received and cleared. We value clear communication with all our clients and will work with you to resolve any issues, but payment delays may also lead to the suspension of work on your vehicle.

Refund Policy
As our services are highly customized, particularly with rust repairs and vehicle restoration, we do not offer refunds once work has commenced. However, should you have concerns about the quality or completion of the work, please reach out to us directly. We will work with you to resolve any issues promptly and ensure your satisfaction.
Project Delays & Adjustments
In some cases, unforeseen circumstances or additional rust-related damage may arise during the repair process, leading to adjustments in cost or timelines. We will always communicate these changes with you promptly, ensuring there are no surprises. Any adjustments to the quoted price will be confirmed before we proceed with additional work.
